~ Pink finds ~

Hi friends
I hope you're having a wonderful weekend so far.
I took a few photos of some recent favourite pink finds.

~ Pink (frugal) finds ~

I found these darling Simply Shabby Chic porcelain bottles on Ebay last week and they just arrived today.
These are discontinued and I've wanted them for a while now. I might fill them with bath salts and bath oils,
I just think they are so pretty. $10 was a bargain too.

I stopped by an antique mall yesterday afternoon and I purchased the set of 7 pink glasses for only $15, a good deal. I love using vintage glasses for candleholders and flower vases.

Also the little pink tealight candles I found today at Ikea
Only $4.99 a package.

And they smell like roses...love them!

I know I've taken a lot of photos in this room lately, but I just think its so pretty in here.

Roses in a glass....simple beauty.

And lastly, I purchased more of my favourite pink lemonade from Trader Joes today.
The packaging is so pretty and it tastes good. Only $2.99.
It just happens to go with all of my pink finds too!

You don't need to spend a lot of $ to add some prettiness to your home.
That's why I love
 thriftshops and fleamarkets! :)

xo,
Rachel

LOve all the pink glasses and adore the roses, just ever so lovely! Your Simply SS rose bottles are quite the find too. I remember seeing those when they first came out and did not get them. I wish I had now.
Hope you have a great weekend as well and thanks so much for sharing the formulation for RIT in petal pink!

THanks so much friends!! :)

Anonymous, The corkboard for my inspiration board I purchased at a thriftstore for only a few dollars and then painted with some leftover white paint I already had. Thriftshops seem to always have large vintage corkboards for some reason.lol.

Rachel ~ I now know why you've gradually added a more shabby chic sweetness to your pretty home. These pinks are so gorgeous with the grey in the table and the white of your furniture. Since pulling more pale blue back into my own house, pink is now calling my name. You continue to inspire me, my friend! :)

I'm surprised by how many I see when I go thrifting.I was going to buy a new one but after looking at new ones they were too small and cost more.
Some of the thriftshop ones may look dated and unattractive, but with a coat of white paint they are great.I'm actually looking for an even larger one right now.Let me know if you end up finding one~ :) Rachel
