~ Rosary and Roses ~

Hi friends
I hope you're having a nice week so far.
When I was out and about yesterday I bought a few dozen roses.
Ok I admit it..actually I bought four dozen..yes I think I'm addicted. Lol.
I've been sick with a cold, so getting out and buying roses made me feel a little better.

I took a few photos this morning while the living room was filled with light.
I love the colour of these roses.
The other roses I bought are in my dining room.
Maybe I will share in another post.. or are you getting tired of my roses by now?
Lol.

My little Claire had to stop and smell the roses..
I just love her..

I love taking photos of items on my chippy farm table..
it creates a neat backdrop I think.

My favourite Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic Rosary

We purchased another chair over the weekend so now we have one on each side of the farm table.
It really helps to  balance the room.
(I love white slipcovers....so easy to keep clean.)

~  Have a wonderful weekend everyone!  ~
xo,
Rachel

Hi Rachel!
It is SO beautiful in there. I love the pink roses on the farmtable...I really love how all the stems look in the jar.

At least you have a cozy and beautiful to snuggle up in when you don't feel good. A comfy white chair next to some roses has to make you feel better. :)

Your blog is so bright and cheery...love the new look.

The roses are so pretty on your chippy table! And the chair is beautiful. I just did a room with slipcovered furniture and I am just waiting for my daughter, who does her homework on the sofa, to get pen on it!

Have a great week, Rachel!

Jane

Love the picture with your sweet kitty! I've collected Rosaries for many years and love Rachel Ashwell's large one that you have. I picked one up recently at an antique show here in Calif. not quite as big though! I hope your cold gets better soon, mine has lingered since mid December...ARG!

Hello Rachel!

Your photos are so beautiful! I love each one of them. :) Your new chair looks just gorgeous by the little table, too, by the way! Isn't it amazing how putting something new in a room almost makes the whole room seem new and fresh? And I completely agree on white slipcovers! :)

I am sorry to hear you've been sick with a cold this week! I hope you feel all yourself soon! I know what you mean about getting out making you feel better, though! So glad you could get out and buy those beautiful roses!

love your kitty! She is so cute!:)
Was wondering about the new chair you bought...is it from Rachel Ashwell? It looks so nice and I am also planning on buying an armchair for the living room, but I am trying to decide between her Large Squishy II chair, Beecroft or Grand Chaise. All seems so comfy and practical.
