Hello friends
My sweet friend Tricia is having her 3rd Photo Feature Friday
The theme this week is PiNk
So I decided to take some photo of the pink flowers I have left over from Easter
The photos were taken in my kitchen nook where we love to sit and have coffee and talk about our day
It is a cozy space that I immediately fell in love with when we bought our house
My friends and I love to visit in here and browse thru our favorite decorating magazines
Maybe someday I will have you over for coffee ;)
~ Have a beautiful day ~
I don't have a very fancy camera, just a basic point and shoot,so I really love using Picnik to enhance my photos
Hopefully one day I will get a better camera, but until then I do what I can with what I have ;)
I used http://www.picnik.com/ to edit my photos
1. I lightened the exposure
2. Used HDR-ish
3. Used Matte
4. Used the 1960's feature and adjusted the shade
I love using Picnik and it is free unless you want to upgrade

Your photos are beautiful! I'd love to come for coffee, Rachel! Maybe someday....if I get up your way. Your cozy nook is lovely and the perfect spot to sit and relax. Is that a ruffled throw on your chair?
On my way over for tea & magazine perusal right now. ;) Beautiful, Rachel. I'm incorporating some faded pink into my office makeover & your sweet photos have me looking forward to it even more! Hugs to you.

Your photos always look great Rachel. Picnik's so cool...my camera is a point-n-click too and I love playing with their editing tools.
These are just beautiful, you really got wonderful effects and I thank you for being so generous in sharing them. Just a super post!
You have such a beautiful space to sit and relax. Thanks for sharing.
I love using Picnik too! Like you I use a point and click camera also. It needs to be replaced soon, but I'm not sure if I'm ready for a "big girl camera" yet! LOL
Your photos are always so beautiful!
I love every one of them and your cozy nook is adorable. Your white tote will be shipped today with the truffles and recipe cards too.
blessings!

I think your photos have a unique look I associate with your blog and that is a good thing. I make do with a so so camera to and use Picnik premium editing. I think this teaches you to make the most of what you have got. Have a lovely weekend♥
Well, the photos are gorgeous! I'm so jealous: you have a window in your kitchen!

Love your nook!
...and your photos are dreamy!
:)
Very pretty photos. And your sitting area is gorgeous. The flower bottle is very pretty and dainty.
Hi Rachel- Your photos look lovely, using all those features from Picnik. I do like that site- so much so, that I even bought the extra features pkg. Wanted to say that your new table is so, so cute! The hubs did a wonderful job of fashioning it from the old fencing. Sheesh- our old fence is tumbling down back by the creek- maybe I need to think of re-purposing it somehow!
hugs, Sue
I always love every single photo you take, girl! Your home is so cozy. I really love your new header, too.
Those bistro chairs are still my favorite!

Wow...beautiful photos!
ps...i'm having a little give-away on my blog! Stop on over if you have a minute:)
Your kitchen nook is so darling! I could easily sit there with a coffee & mags. :) I use Picnik also. Upgrading it was one of the best purchases I've made this year. My goal is to get the lastest version of PS Elements this year, but for now Picnik rocks & gets the look (well sorta) I want! Hope your weekend is treating you great my friend!!
