~ 2nd Saturdayz finds ~ And giveaway for Tausha's Simply Me book!! ~

Hi friends
I went to the 2nd Saturdayz fleamarket last Saturday and found some pretty things

My favourite find is this tall chippy shabby white candelabra
(still LOVING my dreamcatchers from Tausha )

I love it in my living room and it creates such a warm glow at night...would also be perfect on my deck..so many options.
only $25
a steal!

I love old italian florentine pieces.
I found this large florentine tray...it originally had red dots and since that doesnt match my colours I simply painted over the red with a lavender acrylic paint. I love how it turned out and now it matches my decor.
only $14
plus $1.50 for acrylic paint

Lastly I bought lots of millinery flowers from my favourite ladies at Whimsical Whites
Kathy and Kris are almost always at 2nd Saturdayz and they have the best stuff!
I will show more of my milllinery flowers in future posts..they are so pretty!

If you live in or near the Seattle area you really should visit the
I try to go every month and I am never disappointed by what I find! :)

I really love the wall hanging, it looks like a union jack in purple. I am hoping to make a quilt with several blocks, and I love purple!!

Paid a lot more than you did (your's was a steal!!), but I'm looking forward to finally having one. :) Your home is really coming together nicely! Just gorgeous!!! ♥

Just entered for the giveaway.. What a generous thing for her to do.. Adore the book... Love your finds. Especially the candlestick holder.. If you check out my blog I scored some little clocks for free. I rescued them out of a salvage pile... I love them! Enjoy your evening.

I have column envy. I just found a great column (not cheap) at my favorite local antique store, but I have not idea where I would put it.
Love your style.
