~ Fleamarket Finds ~

Hi friends
I went to one of my favourite fleamarkets this weekend,
Add our button to your Blog

I met up with my sweet friend Tracie and we had a good time!
I found some pretty things and thought I'd share a few of them with you...

Tracie knows how much I love vintage Italian florentine pieces so when she spotted this letter holder she knew I would love it. And only $10
(Thanks Tracie!)

Probably my favourite find of the day..
beautiful large shabby tole can.
Only $15

The pretty white ruffled throw is actually an antique large ruffled skirt purchased from my favourite seller at the fleamarket,  Kathy from Whimsical Whites . I'm thinking it will make a pretty tree skirt next Christmas.
only $22 .

Love the flowers..whoever painted the can was very talented.

After I left the fleamarket I stopped by Anthropologie and found these pretty pink glass tumblers.
I purchased 5 and will be back to get more. These also make really pretty vases for flowers.
$8 each

Perfect on my antique shoe rack in the dining room.
<3

I purchased a few more treasures but I will share those with you later.

Also wanted to let you know I  added some vintage finds to my Etsy Shop today.

Hi Rachel,
It just gets more and more beautiful in that room! I'm crazy in love with the pink glasses on the shelves. I wish there was just one flea market around here!
Are you having fun arranging everything...that's my favorite part.

Hope you're enjoying the spring ~ Sarah

Hi Rachael,

Gorgeous finds. I love the florentine letter holder and the large white ruffled skirt. It will make a gorgeous tree skirt.

I'm getting ready to do a blog post on inspiration boards and will be posting some pictures of boards I think are lovely. I was wondering if it would be okay to feature your board in my blog post. I've picked out some lovely ones and wanted to include yours. I will post your blog address and list your name beneath your board. Just leave a comment under my latest blog post so I know it will be okay.

I will be adding my board and what has inspired me as well. It's not quite finished but you'll get a peek anyway!
Thanks.

Oooh, my favorite is the french letter holder. You really need to find a Homegoods near you...I have some of those pink french tumblers that I bought for $3.00. I have them in aqua blue, plum, and amber too. But the first one I ever bought was for $8.00 at a local french shop called La Petit Paris that sadly closed when our economy fell. I still miss them. They took yearly trips to Paris and even began hosting tours for a great price. Their daughter was, Bella, was always helping in the shop.

I love your flee-finds!! I wish I had a market where I live.. :)
I was just looking at those glasses not long ago on the website of Anthropologie but I wasn't sure how thick and good quality the glasses were.
I purchased similar ones from World Market http://www.worldmarket.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4307194 in clear, but they are very cheaply made and the pattern on the glasses are not very pronounced..
